I have had a wonderful experience with my Audibel hearing aids and David Ruark in the West Jordan, Utah office. I was extremely pleased with my first visit and my follow up visits with David. David’s understanding of my hearing loss, his professional approach, and his product knowledge has made me an Audibel customer for life! I feel I have been given fantastic customer service, not just sold a hearing aid. I had a very unpleasant experience with a different hearing aid retailer. When I went back to them to rectify some issues with the hearing aids, I was told again to purchase another certificate, this time I refused to hand them over more money.
